2014 is off to a great start. Johns Hopkins is one of six centers to share in a half billion-gift to cancer research. Our center will receive about $90 million in new funding, which will outlast the current directors of the Ludwig Center at Johns Hopkins and fund new generations of cancer scientists until we beat the disease. This gift, from Ludwig Cancer Research, is one for the record books.
